For this amorous evening, our amorous tasting menu begins with Virginia Olde Salt Oysters and Sweetbread Crepinettes; followed by Pheasant and Foie Gras Ravioli with Cherries and Fried Sage; and Roasted Veal Chop for Two with Winter Vegetable Coccotte. Dinner concludes with Milk Chocolate Ice Box Cake, Hazelnut Brittle and Poached Kumquats.
